I can't let you disappear

No I can't! Even if we need to part our ways because fate made us realize that we're not meant for each other. I can't let you disappear just like that. Cos right now, just thinking that I have to live the rest of my life without you - I know it won't ever be the same. Like the cake won't ever be the same if you took the first slice from it. Like the ice cream won't be the same after you let it sit outside on a summer day and you just left it to melt like that.
 I will be like, where is your conscience fate? Why do you have to separate us? Is it fun for you to see how lonely we could get? Are you happy now?
But try as you might, and somehow as you go further and you succeed on making us go on our separate ways. One thing I will assure you darn fate - you might take him away from me but there will always be a part of him that will stay with me forever. And you can't do anything about it, I will take that part wherever I go. I will keep it safe and you just have to live with it.
